Application Process
1. Eligibility
[Nationality]
Applicants’ parents must hold citizenship from another country other than Korea.
Due to visa issues, some nationalities cannot be accepted.
[Age]
- 1) If you graduated high school and would like to apply for PCU undergraduate program after you complete language program: under 23 years old
- 2) If you graduated university (4 years) and would like to apply for PCU graduate program after you complete language program: under 35 years old
[Grade]
- 1) If you graduated high school, Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of the entire curriculum from the previous (degree) program Score percentile should be 70% or above on a 100-point scale (per percentile)상
- 2) If you graduated university, higher than CGPA 70% (If transcript is not written in CGPA, we'll contact you individually

Students who can afford their study abroad fees.
2. Application Procedure
Online Application → 1st Documents screening → 2nd online Interview → Announcement of Successful Applicants → Invoice issuance → Invoice Issuance → Payment Confirmation → Issuance of Standard Certificate of Admission → Visa Application and Entry into Korea
3. Application Schedule
- 1) March Admission: ~ December 15
- 2) June Admission: ~ March 15
- 3) September Admission: ~ June 15
- 4) December Admission: ~ September 15
4. Required Documents
- 1) Application form must be typed, not handwritten Download
- 2) Passport Copy
- 3) Graduation Certificate from final school attended (notarized: Apostille or Consular confirmation)
- 4) Transcripts from final school attended (notarized: Apostille or Consular confirmation)
- 5) Family Relations Certificate or Birth Certificate (To check applicants’ mother and father’s nationality) (notarized: Apostille or Consular confirmation)
- 6) A copy of the National ID card of the applicant’s mother and father.
- 7) Mother or father’s certificate of employment (Must include total income and contact number for the employer) (notarized: Apostille or Consular confirmation)
* For self-employed persons, a notarized copy of the business license and proof of property is required. - 8) Bank Statement of more than $10,000 (USD) of parent or the applicant.
- 9) For applicants who is currently attending school must submit notarized certificates of enrollment and transcripts. (notarized: Apostille or Consular confirmation)
- 10) For applicants who is currently employed, a notarized letter of employment must be additionally submitted. (notarized: Apostille or Consular confirmation)
- 11) Affidavit of Financial Support (Vietnamese student only)
